Reservation Policy
Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total reservation amount. Please note that check-in is at 12 Noon and check-out is at 10 AM. If you need to reserve the room for longer there will be an extra charge of Rs. 2,000 for 6-hours, subject to availability.

Breakfast included
We do not accept personal checks

Please notify us in advance of your arrival time so that someone will be there to welcome you.

Payments & Deposit
We accept payment by cash or credit cards.

Lost Items
House of Kapaali is not responsible for lost or left items, valuables or damage within the premises or parking.

Cancellation and Reservation Date-Change Policy

We charge a 20% processing fee of the total deposit provided the cancellation is received before 7 days of the arrival date.
No refunds for changes made within 7 days of booking.
No refunds are given for early departures or no shows.
The same policy as Cancellation applies to Reservation Date-Change (subject to availability).
